Friendly and helpful staff, nice...

dinner was good at the restaurant
Negatives:
I was charged twice or the room once from booking.com and once from the hotel. Its the hotels fault and I have called three times with no call back. The manager is in a meeting or not at work yet. It also takes 30 minutes to get through to the hotel.
In addition they are still under construction we were woken up at 730am during our stay with hammering

Good Winery Resort.
Positives:
Thought we’d pamper ourselves by reserving junior which was beautiful. Wife loved soaking tub. Comfy bed & pillows. O & H dining was very tasty. Spa is amazing and in a very unique cave location.
Negatives:
Our junior suite was stuck in back corner of building, ground floor. Privacy limited. Staff walking by on road all day. Truck parked with motor running around 5:30 am. Downspouts were noisy enough during rain to wake me up.

No notice bowling alley was under construction. Pool area closed , u I inviting with no chairs etc, but came since it said it had a hot tub, limited food options, had to pay with other local options has free continental. Not worth the price compared to other locations

I have a long lists of dislike about the property.
1. Checking in is horrible, I booked 2 rooms for family with kids. Front desk takes 45 minutes to figure things out. Manager promised to give us a room closed together settled to 1 room and will call us back to pick up the other key.
2. All the amenities were full. You have to make a reservation for each one.
3. On pick up for 2nd room key, they asked so many questions and not give us a room close together anyway. It took another 45 minutes to check in again. The managers and front desk are all liars.
4. On check out, it took another 45 minutes just to discuss all the added bills with the restaurant and the stay. Its the worst hotel I’ve even been. I am supposed to get a $80 refund back and I never got it. It’s been 2 weeks….
I don’t recommend this hotel. It is a total ripped off… The front desk are unprofessional . They won’t care about their customers…I will never go back.
