Booked king with spa tub and balcony. When I arrived said they didn't have it and was given double bed queen. The hotel was not fully booked so I'm not sure why I wasn't given what I put a reservation for.

The location was great and the price was right

I stayed in room 2265...it was confusing as to where the elevator was, horrible signage. Went to the elevator by the lobby, got off on floor 2, couldn't find room, went back to desk, apparently took wrong elevator...need better explanation of where to go at desk. And...the toilet kept flushing all night.
