I didn’t like anything!!!! This was the worst and the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I would like to ask for my money back. I talked to the girl at the seat and she said the manager will honor my request. If I don’t hear from her in a few days. I will call her. My room was non smoking and smoke was coming into my room the whole entire time. It was so disgusting.. I told the employee I saw in the hallway and he said “we can’t control that, people are always smoking”.

The attitude of the manager was rude and him trying to make there mistake look like I’m trying to pull off some dishonest crime on him. I did not like that at all. He never admitted double charging me . But at least it was handled. But that was not good customer service.

Location is great! It's in Newport Beach very close to the airport - can actually walk! Kitchen was fine, bathroom was ok. Very, very nice area as my office I could walk to up the street! There was a nice lady working there who was very helpful - appreciate that!

It's smells like animals living there! Like wet dogs... Staffing, the guy working the front desk, needs to be more professional and not address black men as "brotha." Even after I told him not to address me that way, he still kept calling me that! I'm sure he doesn't want me to address him in a derogatorily manner. Save that for your friends - your facility is in a professional area, you should probably reciprocate. Totally filthy trash in the hallways people throw their bedding and towels right outside their doors in a pile. Very bad look. I will never stay there again thats for sure.
