Negatives: That it needs usb plugs a little more of modernity I did not like the front desk agent I saw first hand how classist she was kinda racist w some people I also don’t like that they charge for parking and they avoid responsibility. What would you charge for parking then parking should be free.

Positives: Convenience of staying on the first floor since we brought our dog. Valet staff were very friendly. Pre Check in worked well. Breakfast buffet was decent. Service staff very friendly.

Negatives: Fees for parking is high, but convenient, so we pay anyway. No bottled water available in room. No dinner service.
