The resort is located at the Pelican Hill Golf Course and features golf lessons, a full-service spa, an iconic coliseum pool and on-site dining options. Newport Center is 15 minutes’ drive away. Each guest accommodations includes uniquely decorated rooms with spa-style bathrooms and white bedding. Select accommodations at Resort at Pelican Hill include a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Guests can relax or swim in the Coliseum Pool area, which features an outdoor pool and a restaurant offering poolside dining. The resort also offers a fitness center in the spa. The resort’s 5 restaurants include Andrea, which offers ocean view dining and serves Northern Italian cuisine with house made sauces. Clogged bathroom sink, slow slow tub drain, clogged room sink (was not important to us but still. For one night of stay to have my daughter wait for plumber before she could bathe was off putting. I had to call plumbers back because for some reason they left the bath drain pulled out and I needed their help to put back in which sucked up more time etc. Not the relaxing experience I'd hoped for. However, in all fairness, it wasn't the end of the world.

Not enough kids activities. No compassions at all when guests encounters difficulties

The reservation team and front desk had no compassion in dealing with the mistake made on booking. The food was also super disappointing. At one of the dinner, all starts are burnt, they still brought it out to our table! Not the price we are paying for!
