Positives:
Nothing. There are drug addicts and homeless people that hang out in the bushes. I didnt feel safe with my toddler there. A noisy train passed by every few minutes. I got up several times to check on my car to make sure it wasnt broken into.
Negatives:
Overall was a horrible experience and horrible location. Do not stay here.
Positives:
The location was good, the room was good sized and comfortable.
Negatives:
The fact that the pool was closed so you also didn't get to use the hot tub

Passable
Positives:
Easy freeway access and close to Trader Joes.
Negatives:
Noisy guests on either side of me and above me as well. I was next to the designated party room with rowdy guests who drank for hours. Could hear their drunken reverie for HOURS both thru the wall and through my door as the door to their room was left open till midnight or later.

Got no sleep due to the bed being so hard; even debated sleeping on the floor which was softer.

Positives:
Room appeared clean
Negatives:
Dark unlit hallways. Several unhoused people outside office. Drug addict man milling around end of building. Curtains broken off the rack in room and placed on rod to cover window. Broken curtain rods.

Did not stay. Expressed concerns to office worker. Why is this establishment even listed on Booking.com?
Positives:
The room itself was spacious and clean with a small balcony. The location might be not appealing, but it is just off the main highway, so for an overnight stay it still might be OK. Besides, it is only a half hour drive from the Golden Gate Bridge.
Negatives:
The building from outside is not very nice. Stairs, lifts and walkways are worn out. However, the most important thing is that the breakfast was supposed to be served from 6a.m., but at a quarter past 6 the breakfast room was dark and the guy in the back office of the reception was still sleeping soundly, so we had to head for a nearby coffee shop and spend another 20$ for breakfast!

Place OK, but do not expect to have breakfast there.
Positives:
There is nothing particularly good. The whole place looks old and uninviting, so did the room. However it was very clean.
Negatives:
That was the saddest and most depressing breakfast experience I've ever had in a hotel. Two kinds of cereal from a machine and two kinds of muffins, cut in half.

Disappointing

Exceptional
Positives:
Easy to get to, nice big room
Negatives:
Pretty stinky, like cigarette smoke or super cheap cleaning supplies. Breakfast was awful, some cold cereal in styrofoam bowls and muffins, thats about it.

Basic, no-frills accommodation.
