Positives: The hotel lobby was clean.
Negatives: The room seemed older. Not too bad but could use a good update. The thin blanket was the only blanket in the room and it smelled clean but had fainted black stains on it. At 7:00am the fire alarm went off intermittently. Wrong wake up call.

Negatives: Entry to hotel lot was hard to find and gate difficult to get opened. The room was pretty bare and worn, the outer windows did not close and were pretty dirty. The bedding was clean but also very basic.

Negatives: Staff wasnt nice. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel. Check in and out was very complicated and the hotel required a deposit. I have never stay any where that a deposit was required to check in on an already paid for room. The accomodations were not worth the price. Maintenance was also a problem found many things in room either falling apart or broken, the shower/tub being one of them. One family member thought they were going to slip and fall during shower because it was very slippery and another family couldnt take a bath because the water wouldnt stay in the tub because the plug didnt work properly. No breakfast like advertised. Coffee and a couple packets of instant oatmeal was all that was out. Will not be ever staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

Negatives: The tenants, the lack of a real breakfast even though the claim to serve one, and it seems quite rundown and full of homeless and adddicts

Positives: Nothing. It was horrible. The hallways smelled like a smokey, mildew infested casino. Our room had a broken sink with standing water in it, a leaking shower faucet and the laminate floor was sticky like the floor of a movie theater.
Negatives: We were moved to another room, but in this one the toilet would not flush and there were cockroaches running around on the vanity. After one night, we asked to be refunded for the three additional nights we had booked and moved to a much nicer hotel.
