The room was clean and fully stocked. Everything was easily accessible and the staff was wonderful, no complaints about any persons.

The booking was shown for a City view and I was traveling with my kids but the view that we had was just of the building directly across the street that took up our entire view because of how tall it was. My 5-year-old child told me that the view on the opposite side of the hotel from the 8th floor hallway window was better than the room that we were staying at, it was disappointing traveling with two little kids expecting a room with a "City view," I don't understand why the booking even listed "City View" it makes no sense and was very underwhelming. It would probably be a good idea in the future to not have that on a listing because it was completely untrue.

BED WAS HIGH AT 29", but It appeared there was a box spring which could heave been removed if I asked. That would have lowered the bed to 18".

Birthday Staycation

Staff were super helpful, the interior of the hotel and room were very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and my room was quiet with a very nice bed. The business center was useful and it was great to have an included breakfast. Oh and the gym is small but nice.
Negatives:
The neighborhood is not that great, especially late at night, and paid parking was a bit expensive (though the valet service with unlimited ins and outs was great). Good for business travelers and adults, maybe not great for families with children or very young adults who are not street saavy.
