It was amazing good service
The bed was comfortable.
The room was not too clean. there weren't enough towels. and couldn't use hdmi part of tv. The sink and bath tub weren't that clean either.
The room was clean and love that they are pet-friendly.
The staff in the office is unpleasant and made me feel like they did not want my business. They are not helpful, and I really would prefer to find alternate place to stay next time I am in the area. Or the other locations in the area, even if it makes it more inconvenient for my stay, it's worth it to have a more comfortable experience. The staff was rude and I felt like they were purposely making my stay uncomfortable and gave me attitude.

The housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful, they keep the rooms clean and will give fresh towels every day and I believe they changed linens daily also. The security staff is also very nice and respectful, they have improved their service since my last stay. The staff in the office could learn quite a few things from the other staff at the property about customer service done the right way.
The staff in the office is not friendly or helpful. They have bad attitudes and are rude to certain customers especially. I felt very unwelcome when checking in. They are stricter than other places I've stayed, and make you give them a lot of information that I don't normally have to share when checking in. For example, every single guest in room has to provide valid ID/DL, not just the main person who checks-in under their name, they don't accept 2 guests without both giving that. And any guest coming in must provide the same, and pay a fee. They also are inconsistent with prices they charge. They really are inconsistent with everything.
