The Location is good and walking distance from the Bart and restaurants. It was good for me as I was going to a concert at the Oakland Stadium. And it was easy to go and come back. I would stay here again.

The rooms are small and the ones in the back don't have windows.

The price seemed reasonable.

Room 305 was a box with no window and really small. The room smelt like mothballs and the mattress was rock hard. The bathroom doors shut automatically so there is no air circulating.
Overall, it’s an old hotel, the most basic. The parking for $10 was totally unsafe - no guard on duty and the gates stay open all night long - zero safety.

The location was ok, the room was clean and of decent size. Parking was next to the hotel building and was easily accessible.
Negatives:
It was very noisy at night. The music and noise of the cars passing by the hotel was disturbing although we stayed at the 6th floor. The breakfast room was not clean.

Staff when I checked in were not friendly, the room I was given had not been cleaned, (bed not made, towels not changed in the bathroom, and toilet was dirty.
Second room was extremely hot, A/C did not work. TV was very small, bed was very hard.
