The woman who did the day shift was nice and helpful. And the cranberry juice at breakfast. Thats it.
Negatives:
I was very underwhelmed for the price I paid. I didnt appreciate the guy at the front desk checking me in. He was rude. I also think its ridiculous to have to pay for parking. I will never stay there again. I rather spend my money at a nicer hotel.

Parking is an open lot next to the hotel, not owned by the hotel, no cameras or security. Sort of park at your own risk cost only $10 per night. We parked elsewhere based on other reviews.

Positives:
The staff here really try to accommodate you. There are rooms with microwaves and fridges, which is helpful. The quality of the bathrooms varies but they're of a decent size. The location is a very convenient walk to the BART.
Negatives:
The bed and room are small, and some are badly laid out so that there's not even room to open a suitcase or two. In one room I stayed in the air conditioner was so loud I couldn't hear much over it. The lift is extremely slow. The room key cards seem to demagnitise daily and sometimes more. Everything seems a little bit run down.

Breakfast was fine, tea and coffee available through the day, more or less. Greatly positioned near BART and bus stops. And next to some restaurants and wallgreens.
Negatives:
Room and building are a bit old. The elevator is rather slow and small. And the carpet is a bit old and so the rooms aren't terribly clean, but not to a terrible extent.
