Very good
Positives:
11 minutes from Oceanside beach and Camp Pendleton. Was visiting my son for the holidays so the location worked out, and pet friendly.
Negatives:
This hotel was very dirty. The carpet was old and smelt really bad. Our room was not clean and there was trash underneath the bed. As you enter the front of the hotel it's nice, clean but the 2nd floor was absolutely filthy.

Advertise breakfast, only had a coffee bar. Lacks maintenance.

Convenient location. Clean. Amenities.
Negatives:
The Heat didn’t work. Very poor water pressure in the shower and sink with too much pressure (water splashes everywhere). Phone in the room would go in and out and disconnect when slid over. Breakfast is a continental breakfast. Food provided: granola bar (1 bar per package); packaged oatmeal, coffee, and tea. No fruit even provided.
