I reported that the tv didnt work at all the staff came to my room twice never fixed it never offered me another room and told me just to wait , no one else had a tv with no reception I will never use this hotel again and I dont know if I will ever use booking again

The room was a mess and was in need of a good maintenance person to get things in order. The bathroom was a mess with the tub peeling and walls looked really beat up. The security latch was broken. The TV did not work and the wifi was slow almost not working in my room. Staff almost never present in office. Local crack-heads alawed to just scream and run about the property with no intervention from staff.

My first room had bedbugs in and I couldnt get any sleep even now that Im at home because of the bites are very itchy, and they DONT answer the phone.
