The day receptionist was very nice. There is a starbucks across the street.
Negatives:
There were homeless people everywhere 24 hours a day. The receptionist told me to park car in front of office to keep it safe. There are people permanently living there and playing rap music all night, arguments, tenants yelling at each other. A person was going around peering in windows. The bed was worn down like a buffalo had slept in it for a year. The room had no refrigerator. When i asked to to moved to a room without neighbors fighting and yelling, the receptionist said it is not possible.
