Staff is nice. Paying deposit at a hotel is rare. No card access after 9pm and you have to pay cash. Was planning to come back but changed my mind. Street noise is loud.

The front staff at night was nice, but upon getting in the room and getting myself and my family (two kids, infant and toddler) ready for bed i noticed mold in the bathroom. I told the front desk and asked to be placed in a mold free room, not even a refund , she came and took pictures to send to the owner. Then after that i heard nothing. It was already late when i told them at 9:50 pm, they had a note that they called at 10:10pm to the room but we never received a call(two adults with two kids awake and dogs we would have heard the phone ring)- at that point a call to my cell should have been placed or a knock on the door. No other attempt was made- very disappointed. Do not recommend here. Only reason we stayed was because all the other pet friendly hotels were booked and we cant sleep in the car with two kids.
