Positives: It was close to the expressway, which made it easy to get to and from work for the days I was there.
Negatives: The floor was sticky, it had a lot of fruit flies in the room for some reason, and the door had multiple shoe prints as if it had been kicked many times, while also being sticky.

Positives: The desk clerk was very kind and loaned me a charging block. And room had a bathtub. Cable network was awesome many good channels.
Negatives: The clerk recommended using the $200 deposit instead of a debit card hold which would take 5 to 7 days to refund . I had to use their ATM which cost $2 or $3. Room needs softer lighting all lights are terribly bright how about one dimmer switch.

Negatives: The smell of urine near elevator. Our room keys not working most of the time. Couldn't find the breakfast. Microwave not plugged in. Nightstands pulled out away from wal, lamps unplugged and dirty behind it. Mini fridge stopped working in middle of night

Positives: Front desk staff was wonderful. Hotel was upgrading elevator and room key security when I was there. Good basic place to stay after hanging at the beach all day.

Positives: Location
Negatives: Place was trash ! Staff was trash and unprofessional!!! Too many restrictions and policies. Fancier hotels donÂ't even have such policies or restrictions. Staff was rude and unprofessional. They seemed lost and pretty much out of it.

Negatives: The staff checkin opened our door while we were sleeping.It was distressing. When I contacted the owner she said she would talk to the person who opened the door and that it was an honest mistake. I asked her for a discount on trouble, she hung up on me.

Positives: Beautiful (real) red flowers lined the balconies. Rooms looked freshened (no obvious signs of wear or damage), fixtures were not high-end, but appeared to be fairly new. Comfortable.
Negatives: Kind of loud with passing cars/motorcycles. Check-in staff was friendly (and very clear about the deposit amount and delay in refunding a few days after check-out), but unusually long wait to get checked in.

Negatives: Not very cool right next to construction in next room and was very annoying. Also front staff was rather snippy and complained about us wanting towels we were annoying because we wanted towels and just not very friendly period.

Negatives: One of those dumpy hotels where they think youÂ're going to steal something from their dumpy hotel. It was the cheapest hotel on the list, itÂ's earned its place
