Elevator was not working, people gathered in the parking lot, front desk guy was difficult to understand and terse. The inside was sparse and dirty looking, stairs were worn, walls thin (could hear the movie playing clearly in the other room)

There was music playing until midnight and it was so loud we could not sleep. The phone in the room did not work. The furnishings were falling apart as they were worn.The sheets were grey instead of white. Lamp shades were torn,drapes had holes in them.

hotel didnt provide cleaning services until i checked out. there was no iron. my key card didnt work and had to go down to the desk every day to get a new one. terrible hotel experience ever. there was NO breakfast when they said they offered it.
