Room wasn’t cleaned well. There was blood stains on the floor and the next morning I noticed blood stains on the comforter like they hadn’t been changed and the couch was ripped

Size of room was great. Bed was large. Nice bathroom and living room/office space. Breakfast included was cool, nice sausages and coffee.
Negatives:
My particular room was right across the hall from the elevator so it was very noisy at night and in the morning. I would wake up early. I wish the rooms were more soundproof. Also, wifi sucked. I used hot spot my entire trip. Also, there was only 1 working elevator and it was very slow. Also, the steam in my shower set off the fire alarm so that was fun.
