The staff could've handled the missed opportunity to do more for their mistake in handling the check in reservations from third party. Assigned a room to us that was already occupied.

My reservation was given to another individual when I arrived. I was issued a key to find occupants already in the room in what I would consider moments which should have remained private to them. The main clerk in charged attempted to discredit me.
