The location was about the only thing I really enjoyed during my stay along with the bright and happy personality from one of the staff members (he may have been the janitor).

Some things I didn't like:
1. I was moved rooms twice for a total of three different rooms during my stay. The first time was due to a plumbing issue for which there was no apparent sign of trouble. The room that I was moved into ended up being the one that showed issues. The bathroom area was leaking water from the ceiling at about three different places forming puddles that covered the entire floor and building bubbles in the ceiling that were very close to bursting. I was then moved to the best of all three rooms and although there didn't seem to be any plumbing issues here, it ended up being the room right above the first one they had assigned me and had moved me from because of a supposed plumbing issue. At this last room, I did find a live roach, however.
2. Each time I was asked to move, they required a signature from me, but they were not able to do the same for me and provide me with proof of the change.
Compensation for the inconveniences was of 10%, which made me laugh and I have yet to receive. This was also only offered after I asked, it never seemed like they had the intention to go above and beyond to make my stay better.

The walls could be cleaned. I bring my own sheets to hotels now. Good luck getting hot water in the morning if other people are in the shower. And you will know that others are in the shower because the plumbing is loud.
