the desk really made the stay phenomenal! She was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful! The room itself was larger than expected and very clean.

Proximity to the airport. Feel clean and safe.
Negatives:
There is no coffee creamer on the side. The coffee was murky. The lights in the room do not stay on. They automatically shut off. That was so annoying. They have those stupid sensors and no way to keep the lights on.

I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the hotel. The pictures on this site are not updated. The hotel is much nicer and completely updated.

The pool is small, there were four of us in the pool and it was a little crowded. However, the others three people were children who wanted to play, no room for that.

They just need to clean a little bit deeper in the hallways the entry of the side doors just keep up the the laundry area is hot hot.

Clean rooms/facility. Location is good and close to restaurants and not far from Ontario Mills Mall

There's NO breakfast. There's a coffee station but the coffee is NOT great.
