Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Positives:
Absolutely nothing. Close to Disney sure, but horrible hotel. Pictures spruce it up.
Negatives:
First off, it’s right next to the mugging stabbing river aka Santa Ana. Second, it’s full of crackheads that clearly live there. Saw the hotel employee dealing coke. Never bring your kids here. Dust everywhere in the room, shower filled with hair, floor I wiped once to see, turned the towel black. Horrible hotel experience especially for the price. Better off getting motel 6 close to Disney. This hotel is garbage for the price. Don’t waste your money on this place. Always check your A/C vents as well, these were filled with dust and debris

The AC in my initial room broke, and I was moved to a new room after complaining for over 4 hours. The second room I was moved to had cockroaches and smelled horrible, as if the room was cleaned with dirty rags also the water did not get hot when I showered

Negatives:
Toilet seat had urine and excrement on it. Room smelled of cigarettes'. Refrigerator was so loud we couldn't sleep. Bathroom was so dirty we did not take a shower. The toilet and sink had to be cleaned before we could use it! Longest 7 hours of my life.

I will never stay there...
Positives:
Nothing!! I noticed a few broken down cars in the parking lot, one looked like someone was living in it; big bags of recycled cans right behind it, a trailer that looks like it been there for months, guys hanging out with there music on.
Negatives:
It is run down, broken sprinklers water running down the driveway fill with algae.
IF YOU WANT SOAP UPU HAVE YO ASK FOR IT!!!
Mold in the bathroom, the exhaust doesn’t work, rust in the refrigerator.
