shower gel was empty, hot water was slow in the morning, the heat/air conditioning was not working well (it was always too warm and stuffy even though we had the thermostat set at 64 degrees!), the telephone continuously blinked for a non message

Great pool and facilities for family activities with the kids during down time at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, good variety of food. The price for the accommodation was great when you take into consideration the above.

Will never stay here again I booked thi room for 3 days . The elevator smelled like raid roach spray. And when i got to my room, it smelled like smoke and was not very well kept. The rug felt grimmy and dirty. I left the 2nd day to a clean hotel
