Residence Inn by Marriott Palm Desert

Negatives: The rooms are needing a makeover and the kitchen could be better stocked with dishes and utensils The Pool area was ok, Could have had more furniture as a few pieces were worn or ripped. We also noticed that some of the few pieces there, disappeared the last few days of our stay

Negatives: Refrigerator was noisy. Bath tub drain plug out and laying on side of tub and huge glob of hair and possibly poop visible in the drain. Kitchen chair upholstery really torn up.

Negatives: Bed could be firmer

Negatives: No oven in the kitchen.

Negatives: I was not satisfied with our room. The furniture was worn, and spots were on the couch and throughout the carpet. The tile in the bathroom on the floor was broken. The rod for the shower curtain was broken. The wallpaper was peeling from the shower. The picture in the bathroom was moldy. Our sheets had a blood stain or something that looked like blood. I paid extra for a golf course view, which turned out to be looking at dried-up bushes and the top of trees. When we complained, they came and changed the sheets immediately and promised a better room the next day when people checked out. That never happened. We stayed 5 days. This experience does not live up to the Marriott name and should not be listed as such. The best part was the breakfast. The staff were very nice. My photos will not load.

Negatives: Very noisy, upstairs neighbors were very loud Lots of trash pick ups going on Maintenance workers being very loud no room phone to call front desk, front desk way too far for service

Negatives: It seem outdated

Negatives: The facility is a bit dated and could use a spruce up. The biggest thing I was disappointed witth was that no one cleaned our room over 4 nights. No one said anything when we checked in. We had to call every other day for new towels and to dump trash.

Negatives: Outside area could be cleaner
