It was a great place. Needs renovations and updating. I like that I was able to attend a festival and come back to a nice , clean, quiet room. I love this location has food on site and a pool and hot tub. It had a fridge. Great vibe over all and the staff was really nice and friendly.
Negatives:
Blood on the sheets and floor. I brought my own blanket and slept on top of the covers. unfortunately the refrigerator had a leaky freezer and the bottom of fridge had lots of water and the snacks I brought were all wet.

Positives:
Good location situated not too far from downtown Palm Springs, the rooms were spacious & had all the amenities. The pool area & bar was good and open until late. The staff were incredibly welcoming & helpful, I had to check out my early due to some personal circumstances but the hotel were very understanding. I would stay here again.
Negatives:
Hard to criticise really, the hotel is a bit dated but I don’t think that’s too much of a problem for me. I do prefer more modern accommodation but for the price, location, facilities and staff everything was good.

Location is pretty good and staff are polite.
Negatives:
Way too overpriced for what it is. The photo is a glamorous shot of what it is. A bit shock and disappointed when we arrive.
Place is old and dirty. Walls are very thin. Can hear noises from all sides. Definitely won’t recommend to my family and friends.

The lowlight of our stay...
Positives:
Pool surrounded by nature is a welcome and relaxing escape from concrete encased resorts. Nice poolside restaurant with good eats and drinks. Cozy cabanas and open area for play and recreation. Dog friendly.
Negatives:
Rooms can use a make over. Beds are old and not very comfortable . TV run off WiFi which constantly pauses.
