Positives: I liked that the location was near all of the popular restaurants and events

Negatives: The receptionist didn't really speak good English and was very rude. The first initial room I was given television didn't, work so when I apprised the receptionist of this she said I have to pretty much deal with it she has no other rooms when she had 15 vacant others. She finally got around to giving me another room after being very rude and belligerent with me, embarrassing me and my wife in front of two other guest. The second room she took us to already had guest staying in it that were outraged by her barging in. After that she took us to two other rooms where the television didn't work as well. After the fourth and final room the television worked but the bed was a queen instead of the original king size bed I had reservations for. After staying in this particular room I noticed the bathroom sink had mold in it just totally turning me off from this hotel

Negatives: I was confirmed and pay for a studio w/2 double beds for 3 adults. When we get there to ck-in find out they gave us a room with one bed so we go and to front desk and request thst we needed a romm with 2 beds which I also paid for they said they didn’t had a room w/2 beds available so they gave ys another room that was just bigger but still one bed

Negatives: Advertised breakfast, they only offer industrial wrapped up muffins, and sweet barres. Cleanliness is very light, broken toilet, dirty carpet / chair in the room/ found dirty fork behind the chair, beds uncomfortable and smaller than queen size. Lots of dust in the room. Staff didn’t care a notch. We had to bang on the counter at 7pm to have an attendant checking us in and giving us a room they knew the lock wasn’t working to have to change us afterwards. Very disappointing for the price when everybody in Palm Springs is lovely.

Positives: Easy access for my pet and I. Nice refrigerator, kitchenette.

Negatives: My door stuck. Hard to open, and the card was hard to use. I heard others complaining about their cards.The floors were dirty. I didn't know there would not be a coffee maker unless I asked for it.
