Positives: Bar tender was good. New general manager (arrived that day) seemed to recognize that the property is a disaster and that it needs a LOT OF MONEY and some serious management attention to bring it up to Hyatt standards.

Negatives: We have stayed here many times. But were shocked at how much it has deteriorated since we were last there (probably 3 years ago). The place was run down, not clean, the staff (except the bar staff) seemed to be "mailing it in". In summary, we did not like anything because it was not fit to be carrying the Hyatt name any longer. We will never stay here again until it is completely renovated and the staff properly supervised and trained.

Positives: The location was great. It was in the middle of downtown, so we had easy walk to all of the shops. Lobby was always clean and smelled nice.

Negatives: Lack of staff. We had a sofa bed and had to wait more than 2 hours for linens. Pool towels were also scarce. The breakfast was not good for the price.
