Not impressed with included breakfast. The eggs were basic & fairly tasteless.
The side of potatoes tasted like a bag of frozen potatoes from a grocery store.
The only good part was that breakfast was included in the room cost, but since the room cost is extremely expensive (over $500 / night) this was hardly a big deal.
Negatives:
Our primary issue is that we felt we got a "bait & switch" scam deal on the room that we purchased. The king with balcony view of the mountains was what we specifically purcased because the photo showed a balcony with see through vertical railings not a solid wall on the balcony. When we arrived, I told the front desk that we specifically took the room we ordered because of the mountain views without a balcony wall. When we got to the assigned room, there was a solid wall. I would never pay over $500 a night for that type of balcony. It is like sitting in a box not on an airy balcony. After a discussion at the front desk, we were shown two other alternative rooms. We chose one with an open style balcony like we expected.
