Negatives:
Pool was not cleaned daily and was very cloudy with hair clumps in it.
Positives:
Check-in and check-out was super quick and convenient! The room was the perfect size for 2 people. We loved having the pool so close to our room and couldn’t hear any noise coming when we were inside our room. The Le Labo products were a plus as they smelled amazing!
Negatives:
The trash cans were so so tiny you could barely fit anything inside of them. House keeping is also only upon request by 9am that morning. We were told the bar staff would know about reserving the pool cabanas, but we had to go up to the office who then redirected us to bar staff again and then the chef finally helped us. It was just a bit confusing but ultimately we were able to get one. The A/C was also not working upon arrival to our room which was a bit stressful as it was 90° inside the room. Staff sent someone within the hour to fix it but I felt as if they should’ve checked it out beforehand.

Positives:
We did like the room and how quiet it was. The room was also clean and the hotel is in a good location right down the street from downtown.
Negatives:
Pool was extremely dirty, so much hair in the pool and ended up sticking on us on the way out. There was also a green ring around the edge of the pool which typically means low chlorine levels. Also the the restrooms are gender neutral and it is small so women and men both can be in there which we did not like.

We liked the rooms and bathroom, the toiletries and the cabanas.
Negatives:
The pool was extremely dirty - murky water and black scum around the edge. The cabana sheets were also a little stained.
The music at the pool and bar was awful and felt like a club even in the daytime. Would have liked to relax a little and have a more chill playlist, perhaps catering to wider tastes.
