Bed sheets had a stain however they were very happy to quickly change them for me
My key card regularly stop working including on the last night where only the master key would let us in however the 24hr staff were more than happy to help.

Shower head splashed everywhere not running water.. toilet wasn’t flushing and a crazy man came stating he left personal belongings in the middle of the night and phone to call front desk wasn’t working.
