Positives: Location pool jacuzzi staff surrounding PS mountains room service always kept our room clean & stocked well with towels etc. Room location was nice & quiet.No ventalation after a shower. L Thankful for coffee maker free g & micro wave.
Negatives: Yes, pool hrs should be open @8 and close @11. Beds not comfortable because mattress was on like a box. They guaranteed late check out @1 & changed mind. Weekend price too too high. No spa no complementary breakfast,Tea coffee juice toast not breakfast.

Negatives: 1st room was out dated/it smelled really bad went to another room were the door to the pool did not lock during the night a stranger had entry are room scary.

Negatives: The beds were uncomfortable. We were able to switch rooms, but the first room we got was dirty and had a broken air conditioner.

Positives: The location is what I liked the best.
Negatives: The beds were more the size of a twin xl rather than a full. They were also not comfortable. The breakfast was across the road and was only served for an hour and half for continental breakfast.

Positives: Nice rooms, located centrally to walk to downtown. Id definitely stay again!
Negatives: The air conditioner was SO LOUD. I should have complained, because I couldnÂ't sleep, but my fault, I didnÂ't want to lose my great room. Next time, IF this occurs again, I will ask for a room change.

Positives: We had a great time. The front staff were excellent. Great customer service and go above and beyond to be helpful. The room was great and staff got us close to the pool. The pool is nice size and kept up. Location is right downtown and walking distance.
