Furnishings are very old and appear to have been thrown together just to get a minimum needed for the room.
While there was a table for use as a desk, the ancient wire chair provided was not acceptable/very uncomfortable.

Positives:
Place was clean. Very basic. Toiletries supplied. No hair dryer, coffee maker or microwave, only a small fridge that froze everything. Coffee was available in the lobby. No housekeeping was done during our 3 day stay.
Negatives:
Plumbing fixtures. Toilet was new and good. Shower had no handle to pull when using the shower. No working plug for the bath.
