The manager upgraded our room to a pool view.

The staff was perfect except for a lady at the front desk Saturday morning. She was directing the cleaning staff in an incredibly demeaning manner. I was shocked. My other experiences with the hotel staff were accommodating and excellent.

Hotel was clearly not 3 star as advertised. The rooms were ratty- rotting holes in bathroom, tubs rusted and stained. AC units in poor repair, door had poor seal when closed-light, weather, and sound.No coffee in room, no creamer at front desk.

The location in downtown Palm Springs was excellent. The staff was very accomodating and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the interior of the room was dated and borderline non-functioning. The hotel gives off motel vibes.

The first room I got was obviously not their best, I feel as if they gave me a bad room in hopes I wont say anything, the toilet was clogged and it was not aesthetically pleasing due to painting and missing decor, but the lady gave me another room.

Walls are very thin! They dont do any deep cleaning. If bathroom steams up, brown drips form on the door frame. Just a glorified motel.

There were stains of what seemed like blood in the sheets. Toilet seat was broken. Bathroom door were dragging on the floor when opening and closing. old towels and shower curtain had holes. Strangers hair hanging in the bathroom curtain.

I REALLY didnt like the location but mostly, I just paid too much for what it was. The room / hotel in general is pretty run down if it had been a super great price, I wouldn't mind. But it wasnt. Also- No bicycle rentals & no airport transportation.

The place is a dump... Needs a fair amount of updating, especially room lighting and furnishings. Very few towels in the room. Bathroom/shower is disgusting. This place would struggle to be a one star listing.. Use only verified reviews.
