Pool and Spa closed at 10pm Also my TV Quit working The staff could not resolve it and did not offer me another room with a working Television. They did send a Security Guard to the room to try and fix it. Even he had no knowledge of how to fix it

The check in and check out process was very easy and they very nice. The parking lot had plenty of space. The location was awesome.

The room was a bit in need of repair. Only one electrical plug in worked. That made it a challenge to charge the phone, make coffee, use the lights, fridge,etc. The room/hotel needs some TLC.

The hotel was run down Walls were so thin, you could hear everything happening outside or in the room next door. It was dank and foul smelling. Mold in the bathroom and the shower did not work well. The door didn't even close properly and you could se

Its just plain OLD, and in order to get a renovated room we had to get a queen size bed instead of a king. Carpet looked like it was 25 years old.

The minute we walked in the room, the next minute we wanted to walk out of it and stay in the car or drive off. Everything looked very old and was dirty; broken furniture, mildew walls, & horrible odor. We didnt feel safe; it was a horrible experience.

Everything could use some updating. Paint is chipped, baseboards are messed up, deck is cracked, etc., etc. Theres no restaurant, no coffee, no continental breakfast.

They put myself, daughter and 7 year old granddaughter in room 117 on the East side of the original building and it was very run down. The night lock on door broken, we were turned down for a refund but we did leave and found a safer hotel. Uncomfortabl

The room smelled damp and the carpet was damp. The shower water backed up in the tub so you were standing in water. Very dated which was fine but the tub and bathroom need new grout. You get what you pay for. Sheets clean, bed comfortable.
