I loved the Spanish architecture throughout the hotel, infused ice water in the lobby and by the pool, the pool was relaxing with classic jazz playing, and the rooms were cozy.
Negatives:
I called ahead of time letting the front desk know my flight was delayed and that Id be checking in really late. The agent offered a late check out at 2p, however when I checked in I was told the latest I could check out was 1pm.
