Positives: Loved how quiet it was. I usually experience a lot of door slamming in the morning at most hotels.
Negatives: Sounds petty but for the money these rooms cost they could put since decent TP in the bathroom.

Positives: Hotel employee is very nice. Excellent customer service with a smile. Rooms are EXTRA clean and the hotel is quiet so I can sleep nicely. Room smells very nice and bed is comfortable. We can connect to Netflix which is GREAT!front desk, she is excellent!

Positives: Staff was excellent.
Negatives: I was charged for parking and the lot was huge and being used by restaurants, gas station patrons, and other people not staying at the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was not charged to park. Short curly hairs in the shower, gross.

Positives: Clean room, most of the staff (2 out of 3) were very helpful.
Negatives: I booked a king bed about 45 minutes before arriving and I was told they had already sold out the king bedroom. Attitude of staff was not good.

Positives: Awesome customer service by reception. Very clean room, soft bed. Room decoration and bathroom were amazing. Location too was good!!

Negatives: I requested 2 separate rooms with 3 total beds. I got sent to the hotel across from where i had booked to a suite with 2 beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was by no means comfortable. If it were for more than one day it wouldn't have been acceptable.

Negatives: The bag breakfast was horrible!! I understand things need to change for COVID. But the bag was valued at $4 - not a decent value-water, orange, small muffin and a granola bar. Give out vouchers to a local fast food place instead. I want a hot breakfast
