For the most part a respectful staff.
Negatives:
They allow drunk or people under the influence to check in as long as they have a voucher. Thin walls.
Person in unit next to me was very loud and obnoxious. Drunk and high on something. Lasted all night into the morning hours. Clerk on duty couldn't do anything about it. The clerk and I even called the police and was told they couldn't do anything about it.

The location is fine. Room was affordable if you're staying as a couple but not for family stays
Negatives:
The bed spring poked out if the side of the mattress. Found a roach. The microwave plate wasn't the right size for that particular microwave. Underneath the bathroom sink you could see would where the toilet paper holder is. We had no remote for the tv. It was a little run down.
