Staff was nice.

Rooms were very bad. 1 of the rooms were so bad we got credited back and my kids had to stay at another hotel. Our room had a shower nob to flush toilet. The cockroaches were awful. Lots of drug interactions and prostitution going on out side. Someone even over dosed they were yelling for narcan and we had to call 911. Water pressure low water wouldn't get hot. Curtains had burn marks so even with them closed you could see in. Dryer in hall on all night long it kept buzzing for the load being done and would wake you up.

The only positive thing about Red Roof was its convenience off the freeway.
Negatives:
We checked in, the TV wasn't working and didn't have HBO as stated, on the website. I called the front desk and notified them they said they would send a technician, we left to eat, when we returned, is when we found out the room had bed bugs, my partner used her black light to check the bed, sheets and covers.
Right then I went to the Front desk to talk to Sylvia the front desk associate. To see if they had another room available, there wasn't any so, Sylvia said she would tell her Manager Mayra, and have our money refunded.
I haven't received any refunds yet, would you please check notify me when I should see that back? If I don't hear back from Red Roof by Wednesday I will call my bank and notify them to stop payment transactions! I will not ever stay at that location ever again.
