Location was close to restaurants and close to the field where our daughter was playing. The staff was attentive and accommodating

The breakfast selection was absolutely terrible! Breakfast started at 7:30, we were there at 7:45 and there was hardly any selection of food items. They were out of bacon, they had a waffle maker that was not in service, the oatmeal was not fully cooked, they had salsa, cottage cheese some fruit and cold cereal. No eggs, no bacon was disappointing. We left to unfortunately go buy our breakfast.
Curtains in the room were dirty with what looked like chocolate or who knows what it was. The spa had dead flies on Friday evening and was not operational (no bubbles)

The parking lot is very dark at night. I came in late and had to park by an open field. I was alone so it was a little scary.

Checking in was slow and painful took a very long time then we were given the wrong room number with our keys. No ice readily available the hot tub was broken. The breakfast was a mess, not enough dishes could not find what we needed. The elevator was hard to find with such little instruction so we ended up carting our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Was excited for the stay that turned into wasting money since we live in town and really went for the hot tub.

I liked its location, and the girl at the chicken and Counter was absolutely kind

The bedding on my bed was unacceptable. The comforter was frayed and all opened around my face.
It was hair in my shower
The bathroom sink was plugged, and there was no way to unplug it
I asked for a ADA room, which I got a room like that, but I had no shower chair. And according to the front desk in the evening, there was nothing available like that.
I had no control over the air conditioner. It was extremely noisy all night.

Not a very nice night
Positives:
Everything was great from checking in to check out. The staff was very friendly, the grounds were kept clean. The room was actually bigger than what I thought it would be. Kitchen had everything that I needed to cook, which I brought my own cookware cause I didn't know. The pool is open late that I really liked.

There was no black out curtains. I felt like people could see into my room at night if I had the lights on.
