Positives:
The bed was very cofortable and the bathroom was well appointed adn clean.
Negatives:
The room thermostat did not work. I called engineering and they had to reset the breaker. I had to reset it 2 more times. Therfore the room was hot during the night and I had to open the window to be comfortable. I also did not like that all the rooms were assigned to allow pets. Since I am very allergic to cats, I was very disapointed that they did not have any no pet zones. I feel like most hotels onlyl assign pets to certain rooms or floors. In addition, in my room there were suspicious brown dark stains on the carpet that may have been a pet accident.

Location, comfy bed. Room service was available one of the nights. Steak was good.
Negatives:
The restaurant downstairs for breakfast was incredibly slow and disappointing. The bathroom had hairs on the floor when we arrived. And low level patio floor by the pool stayed damp the whole time due to the AC unit leaking outside. And no smoking on patio.. honestly I’ve stayed at a different hotel each time we come to Pasadena (yearly for business) and this was my least fav hotel from these trips.
