Amenities and the breakfast were excellent. Although choose at breakfast as a little limited. Rooms were cleaned every day and the hotel itself was very clean throughout.
Negatives:
Not enough staff at night. Receptionists covering bar areas etc - and the more we’re high numbers of check-ins on those particular nights we were there.
Bar often unstaffed and had to wait long periods for staff to return. Often a member of staff would have to find bar staff. Also bar shut very early at night and no option of a resident style night bar.
On two occasions bar was a shut approx 45 mins before it was meant to close - despite there being a healthy number of people wanting a drink or relax with a drink in the lobby.
