Decent hotel well situated in Pasadena with good, secure albeit expensive parking. Our check in was very efficient and they happily stored our bag securely at our early arrival and after check out. A special mention to Chris : the happiest, most polite and efficient front desk staff member I can ever remember : thank you Chris!
Negatives:
The (included in your room price) breakfast. This was not the carefully curated breakfast which the hotel happily promises and promotes. Hyatt should be ashamed of what was offered at the breakfast buffet : solid eggs, bacon dust, sausages which had seen better days, a poor display of cereals, fruit and yoghurt and cheap bread stuffs : all served on plastic plates at lobby tables : it was uncomfortable and the dreadful food from the bottom end of food budget.

They overbooked and didnt have the room we requested (king room with sofa bed). They gave us a king room without the sofa bed, which was not the most convenient.
