The location is perfect and the rates were probably some of the best in town. Still a little high.

I booked 2 rooms. 1 king and 1 double queen, WELL in advanced. I had children with me and I wanted our rooms as close together as possible. We were put on different ends. Mind you, there was a king room empty the entirety of our stay right next door to the queen room. The king bed was terribly uncomfortable. The floors were really gross. The ac in the queen room was leaking/spraying water INSIDE the room.

I felt, in my brief encounters, that the gentleman at the front desk was unkind, poor at communicating and hostile. It was completely unnecessary. We do not know each other, but I know he is at work and he knows I am traveling and away from home.

They said they don’t know anything about that to ask a housekeeper. They really didn’t have any knowledge of their own hotel.
