Positives:
Normal sized rooms. Beds were fine. Shower was good. Did adjoining rooms so the baby could sleep without bothering her older siblings. Was a good stay. Return home about once a year to Pasadena and will definitely be using this hotel moving forward.

This was a perfect reset for us. We travel often and usually stay at Marriot hotels. This is now our new favorite spot.

Housekeeping could have been a lot better. For two days we asked for our room to be cleaned. All they did was accept the trash when I handed it to her and change the towels.

Beautiful hotel. A hotel this nice should have some type of lounge or dining options.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room. No dining options during the day. Coffee was horrible. And it's only out till 10:30 am.

Our stay at the Pasadena Hotel was wonderful. The Hotel lobby is as eclectic as it is lovely. The staff attentive and kind. Our room was wonderfully decorated and had a fabulous bath tub. More than spacious with multiple seating spots and a fabulous view of Angeles Crest Mountians. I thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool in October. Will make it a routine stay when in the Los Angeles area.
