Positives:
Never had the breakfast. By the time I would be done getting my mom dressed, breakfast would be over.
Negatives:
The way Tyler called my room and assumed that I didn't want the housekeepers to use gloves to clean, and that they have too. Also to tell me that in the future that I needed to notify the front desk first if I need a new mattress pad. All in a very rude and angry voice.
