Reception-terrible, room overlooked worksite and builders outside windows at 8.30am. Staff said , as you booked through 3rd party provider then it’s basically too bad, should have booked direct! Who books direct now days and if your company markets through a 3rd party why do then treat the guest as second rate . Poor attitude!!
