Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Bathroom towels were adequate, however bathroom amenities were very limited. Staff members that I interacted with were very helpful and courteous.
Negatives:
Room lighting was poor - two light fixtures did not work, leaving the room poorly illuminated. The automatic (?) window coverings did not work, and I felt my privacy compromised. Room service for breakfast was a shock - delivered in a brown paper shopping bag with coffee, toast, etc., in paper cup and plastic boxes. I guess this type of "service" saves the expense of dirty dishes accumulating throughout the hotel, but the charge of $33.00 for my room service breakfast was also a shock!
