Convenient location. Nice outdoor seating area for breakfast/drinks. Clean rooms with lots of counter space and storage space. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Elevators were not working very well and at a time only one was working. Taking the stairs was not very easy as I had to connect along multiple floors to get out (without triggering emergency). Was not posted that the pool was not available, so that was disappointing. Also the shower curtains were too short (or rod too high)- water pours on the floor if you do not diligently manage the curtain. We had to move from our first room because the heater didn't work- annoying, but it was resolved quickly by the maintenance staff, who were helpful and friendly.
