Breakfast was good. Enough variety but could have more healthy options. Loved the almond milk option, Greek yogurt and fruits. Loved the coffee and drinks options. Loved the hot jacuzzi and warm pool.

Gym only had machines, no hand weights or anything else besides machines.

Spacious room, awesome & friendly staff (the woman who checked us in was super friendly and made us feel welcome - I wish I remembered her name to give her a special thanks- but she was awesome!) The happy hour on Monday night on our first stay was a fabulous treat! Thank you!

The mattress was exceptional in our refurbished room (309). The refrigerator had an ice box. Instead of a desk there was a small table that worked for using a computer and also eating. The shower had sliding glass door instead of shower curtain. The breakfast had scrambled eggs with optional hot sauce and cheese, sausage, potatoes, almond and regular milk, cereal, 3 waffle makers, bowls of apples and bananas, cutup melons, yogurt, hot water and teas, cocoa, regular and decaf coffee. The breakfast area was very large with several TVs, a mix of tables for 1, 2 or multiple groups, a sofa and fireplace. Gift shop open 24/7. They have 2 EV chargers!

The eggs were microwaved and subpar at breakfast (may have been better when first put out). The lighting in the room was poor for reading physical books (more for relaxing). The shower floor was slippery--use the shower rug inside the shower!

Super convenient easy on and off the highway and very comfortable for the night. I stayed one night.

The breakfast was amazing! The bacon was weird, but the rest of the days they had sausage and that was so much better! The room was the perfect size and the beds were so comfortable.

The service was hit and miss. When we got there at 5pm, we were told no rooms were ready and we would be called when something was available. We never got a phone call. Also, check in was supposed to be 4pm and I even pre checked in! Also, room service never came and if they did, They came at weird hours and not by the time we would get back from a full day of activities. Lastly, we left a key for someone that was arriving later than us and when she came, no one verified who she was and they just made her a key without asking questions. It deactivated all of our other cards too! Just seemed like they would give a key to anyone. And when we came down and asked about the key we had left for her, we were told, "Oh I don't know anything about that." Just seems a little lazy and unhelpful.
