Positives: It was a minimalist environment in the room. No table and chairs that I would expect and there was plenty of room for it. We read on the website that breakfast was available for $10, but when we went down, it was priced at $20.99 per person. The host at the front door was nice and always at her post and available to answer questions. The pool that was advertised as heated, was not close to the door for easy access in the evening. Things were taped off and covered as if a remodel was in progress.

Positives: undergoing some minor renovations. Did not disrupt the stay. Reverse floor system. Lobby was on 4th floor. Most rooms were below on 3,2 &1. So if you are like me and don't want someone above you ask for room on 4th floor.

Negatives: Breakfast only served until 9 am. I slept thru it!

Positives: The location was great and the staff were very nice. The room was nice and clean.

Negatives: Free breakfast is not included with your stay. I believe it was around $20 per person. They charge for parking. There was no hot tub.
